You need
Do this
  1. Beat the butter, honey and sugar until light, then beat in the yolk.
  2. Fold in the flour, roll into a log, and chill for at least two hours.
  3. Slice into rounds, press flaky salt onto each one.
  4. Bake at 180°C for eleven minutes. They firm up as they cool.

Freeze the log. Slice what you need.
